Situated off Eden Street in Silloth is the ideal location to spend your holiday by the seaside. The park is an alternative venue to the action packed Stanwix Park Holiday Centre just under a mile away and the leisure club facilities on Stanwix are available to home owners and holiday makers staying on Hylton Caravan Park.

Perhaps you are a keen touring family but Hylton appeals to you. On another part of the site separate from the private caravans there is a touring and camping area. In the centre of the touring area is a toilet/laundry block which is very modern and clean with not only showers but also family bath cubicles located in both the men’s and the ladies room. These facilities also have separate cubicles for the less able bodied.

Campers at Hylton Caravan Park automatically enjoy full membership of the Stanwix Park Leisure and Entertainment Centre for the duration of their stay at no extra cost!! Full details of all the facilities available to you are contained in this brochure. Hylton Caravan Park offers a slower pace of life and we make no apology for that. Situated between Stanwix Park and Silloth town you should find enough entertainment if and when the mood takes you.

All pitches are grass and suitable for either a Tent Touring caravan with awning or Motor home. Each pitch has its own electric hook-up water supply drainage facility and a low-level night-light just in case you are arriving in the dark. Only one car per pitch. 

Pitch Size

23ft (7m) deep x 15ft (4.6m) wide. 

Draw bar or guide ropes not included. Caravan with annexes attached to awnings are not allowed as they exceed the pitch size.
 These style tents are not accepted

Tent Sizes
They come in all shapes and sizes but they will need to fit on our pitches without encroaching on to the next pitch. These frame tents or similar will not fit on our pitches.X If you have a large tent please inform us of the length and width before booking and we will be happy to advise you if it will be suitable. We reserve the right to refuse any tent that doesn’t conform to our pitch footprint size.The design of some tents are 6.4m wide and will not fit on the pitch and therefore you will need to book 2 pitches side by side and will be charged accordingly. Gazebos are not allowed in the space between pitches.

The charges are per pitch/per person per night.  Awnings and hook-ups are free. Club membership to Stanwix Park leisure and entertainment centre is free when booked on to Hylton Caravan Park and is approximately 1 mile away.

Extra persons added to advance bookings at time of arrival will be charged at the normal leisure club daily rates. The Thursday and Friday prior to Easter and Spring Bank Holiday same as the proceeding daily charge from 2.00 p.m. day of arrival to 11.00 a.m. day of departure.

If you booked in advanced you will need to collect your membership cards from head office at Stanwix Park.
Bookings can be made in advance paying by cash cheque credit card or postal orders.

Only two dogs per pitch and charged at £3 per day each and must be kept under strict control at all times.
Camping and touring booking conditions are the same as Stanwix Park.
