We are in the process of completing the refurbishment of all of our apartments on Stanwix Park.
The apartments are now non smoking and pet friendly they have brand new fitted bathrooms tiled floors throughout refurnished and re-decorated. They are proving extremely popular with our customers and well worth the extra money. Limited availability please ask at time of booking.
We hope to have them all completed for Easter 2010.

	Coniston Studio Apt. Sleeps 4 First floor Studio apartment with double bed-settee in lounge. One bunk room (sleeps 2) with curtain door. Kitchen and Dining area at one end of lounge with sliding patio door onto balcony.
	Bassenthwaite Apt. Sleeps 4/6 Ground floor two-bedroom apartment. One double room one bunk room (sleeps 2) with curtain door and double bed-settee in the lounge. Kitchen and Dining area at one end of lounge with sliding patio door onto Sun Patio.
	Derwent Apt. Sleeps 4 Ground Floor one double bed in lounge and one bunk room sleeps 2 with curtain door. Kitchen and Dining area at one end of lounge with sliding patio door onto Sun Patio.
	Ullswater Apt. Sleeps 4/6 First Floor one double bedroom one bunk room (sleeps 2) and double bed settee in lounge. Kitchen and Dining area with 2 sliding patio doors onto sun balconies.
	Windermere Apt. Sleeps 4/6 Ground Floor – Two Double bedrooms one with curtain divider and double bed settee in a very spacious lounge. Kitchen and Dining area at one end of lounge with 2 sliding patio doors onto Sun Patios.

Please Note: Bunk beds are full size. The top bunk is difficult for adults to get in.
