We will require the following details:
1. Your name.
2. Your address and postcode.
3. Your preferred dates.
4. Your credit card number and expiry date and 3 digit security code.

We charge 3% extra if you pay by credit card and no charge for payments made
by debit cards e.g. switch delta etc. If you are making a group booking we will need the names and full postal addresses including postcodes of each family.
Cheques should be crossed and made payable to Stanwix Park. Cash should be sent by registered post to:

We require £50 deposit per week/short break per booking  The balance will be due not less than 28 days before arrival. If booking within 28 days of the holiday start date the full holiday cost must be paid for by credit/debit card at time of booking.

It is advisable to give a second choice of dates and accommodation to save delays. If you are making a group booking we will need the names and full postal addresses including postcodes of each family.

Tourers and camping bookings full amount is due at time of booking.

We do not offer holiday insurance it is your responsibility to organise adequate insurance cover if you require it.

No arrivals accepted or Leisure and Entertainment facilities open on Christmas day, 25th December.
